Kalasan Roast Chicken

Last night because our lecturer for last subject did not come, I and my friend went to Pondok Ale-ale to have dinner. Time showed at 8pm. Time that fit for dinner. When we got there we ordered the same menu that was package two whose contents Kalasan chicken, rice, fresh vegetables, chili, and soup soya. Package two costing Rp. 14.000 per package, while before the package like this costing b Rp. 18.000. I asked the waitress why the price down there? The waitress replied "yes mbak because the chicken pieces from the previous minimized. Yes I understood. Around five minutes of our menu came up. This was not my first time eaten here and obviously I know how the taste of chicken Kalasan in this place.  The taste was slightly spicy sweet taste. Flesh was very soft, probably because cooking process in twice, in boiled and then baked. The spice very pervasive and I believe also used soy sauce in good quality. This food was delicious and perfect on my tongue. How exactly do, process make it?

let's see what are ingredients of this meal.
chicken, you can cut into pieces,
250 ml coconut milk
200 ml coconut milk kara (coconut milk instant, you can find it in many market)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 bay leaves
1 CM lengkoas powder
2 lemongrass crushed
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 / 2 tsp cumin
8 onions
5 cloves garlic
5 pare hazelnut
Sambal/Chili ingredients:                                                     
5 red chilies
2 shallots
1 small tomato
1 / 4 teaspoon shrimp paste
salt & sugar to taste
limo orange or lime leaves
soy sauce
How to make it?
1.       Puree all ingredients except lemon grass and bay leaves.
2.       Combine chicken with ground spices, lemon grass and bay leaves, coconut milk and coconut water also.
3.       Boil until the water and dry milk and then lift.
4.        While occasionally basting roast in the spices and chicken on its back and forth. Lift.

For his hot sauce:
Blend the chilies, onions, tomatoes and shrimp paste. Heat a little oil, sauté ground spices, salt and sugar give. Lift.
I stole the limo with lemon juice and soy sauce.
*** If using kefir lime leaves, orange leaves in stir-fried with ground spices. Come on we try it together!
