One of foods that my dad very like is sambas hot porridge or in our language we call it “bubur pedas sambas”.Yeah, sambas hot porridge actually came from sambas, its not porridge like usual but very different because many vegetables there and other ingredients. I and my family likes eat it. Originally, in my big families Hot porridge’s recipe came from my grand mother. You want to try?
Here is the secret how to make sambas hot porridge (Bubur pedas sambas)
Complement:
100 gr. Peanut (fry)
50 gr. of small fish (fry)

Sweet ketchup
Small orange
Chili
Chips
Spices:
